Ordering & Products

What kind of merchandise do you offer?

Cosmic Threads and Sip offers a variety of merchandise designed for the curious mind, including t-shirts, hoodies, mugs, coffee, canvases, and accessories. All our products feature unique, science-themed graphics inspired by the wonders of the universe.

How do I know what size to order?

This is a great question! Because we create every item on-demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues. To ensure you get the perfect fit, please consult the detailed sizing chart located on each individual product page before placing your order.

Can I cancel or change my order after it's been placed?

Because our orders are custom-made and sent to our production partners automatically, we have a very small window to make changes. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us at info@cosmicthreadsandsips.com immediately. We cannot guarantee that we'll be able to make changes, but we will do our best to help if production has not yet started.

How should I care for my apparel?

To keep your cosmic threads looking their best, we recommend machine washing them inside-out with cold water and like colors. Tumble dry on low or hang to dry. Avoid using bleach and do not iron directly on the printed design.

Production & Shipping

How long does it take to produce and ship my order?

Your order's journey is in two parts: production and shipping.

  • Production: Our items are custom-printed for you after you order. Production times typically range from 2 to 7 business days, depending on the product.

  • Shipping: Shipping time is additional and varies based on your chosen shipping method and location. You can see all available options and estimated delivery times during checkout.

Why did my order arrive in separate packages?

To ensure the best quality, we use different expert print providers for different types of products (e.g., our shirt printer is different from our mug printer). If you order multiple types of items, they will be shipped separately from different locations and will likely arrive on different days. You will receive a separate tracking number for each package.

How can I track my order?

Once each item in your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking link to become active.

What are your shipping options?

We offer various shipping methods, including Economy, Standard, and Express, to ensure your order reaches you safely and conveniently. Delivery times and costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the selected method.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship our cosmic gear worldwide! Please be aware that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be imposed by their country.

Returns & Issues

What is your return policy?

Due to the custom, print-on-demand nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or buyer's remorse.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a print error, we will absolutely make it right. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue for assistance.

What should I do if my order is damaged or has a print error?

We're so sorry to hear that! Please email us at info@cosmicthreadsandsips.com within 14 days of delivery. In your email, please include:

  1. Your Order Number.

  2. A clear description of the issue.

  3. Photos of the damaged or misprinted item. This is required for us to process a replacement.

We will review your claim and arrange for a free replacement to be sent to you.
