Shipping Policy for Cosmic Threads and Sip

Thank you for joining our cosmic journey! Each item at Cosmic Threads and Sip is created on-demand, just for you. This allows us to offer a wide variety of unique designs and reduce waste, ensuring your gear is as special as the science that inspires it. Please read the following to understand how we get your cosmic goods from our partners to your doorstep.
The Journey of Your Order: Production & Shipping
Your order's journey has two main phases:

Production Time: This is the time it takes for our print partners to create your custom item(s) after you've placed your order.

Shipping Time: Once your item is ready, it's handed off to the shipping carrier for its journey to you.
Estimated Delivery = Production Time + Shipping Time
1. Production Time
Because every product is made to order, it takes a little time to prepare it for you.

Most of our apparel (t-shirts, hoodies, etc.) and mugs have a production time of 2-5 business days.

Other items may take slightly longer.
Please note that "business days" do not include weekends or holidays. Production times may be longer during peak holiday seasons.
2. Shipping Time & Methods
Once production is complete, your order will ship. We primarily use economy shipping services like USPS, FedEx, and DHL to keep costs down for our community.

Domestic (U.S.) Shipping: Typically takes 3-8 business days after production.

International Shipping: Can take anywhere from 7-21 business days or more, depending on the destination and customs processing.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
A Note on Multiple Shipments
To ensure the best quality for each unique product, we partner with various print providers who specialize in different items. For example, the expert who prints our t-shirts is different from the one who creates our ceramic mugs.
Because of this, if you order multiple different types of items (e.g., a shirt and a mug), they will likely be shipped separately and arrive in different packages at different times.
You will receive a separate shipping confirmation email and tracking number for each package as it ships. Don't worry if one part of your cosmic gear arrives before the other—the rest is on its way!
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are not included in the item price. Your final shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on:

The type and quantity of products you order.

Your shipping destination.
This ensures you get the most accurate and fair shipping price.
Order Tracking
Once an item ships, you will receive an email containing its tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active and update in the carrier's system.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.
Please double-check your address before confirming your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to our print provider due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the reshipment costs.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Cosmic Threads and Sip is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier has marked them as "Delivered." If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please:

Check with your neighbors or building management.

Contact your local post office or the relevant carrier with your tracking number.

In some cases, you may need to file a claim directly with the carrier.
We will do our best to assist you, but we cannot issue a refund or replacement for packages marked as delivered.
International Shipping, Customs, and Duties
For orders shipped outside of the United States, please be aware that you are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be imposed by your country's customs office. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
