Our Offering: We offer unique apparel, drinkware, and accessories ("products") inspired by science and the cosmos. All products are created on-demand through our partnership with Printify and their network of print providers.

Order Acceptance: When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy our products. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our sole discretion. An order is not confirmed until you receive a shipping confirmation email.

Pricing: All prices are posted in US Dollars. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.

Product Descriptions: We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products available on the website. However, we do not guarantee that they will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of other errors, and your electronic display may not accurately reflect the actual colors and details of the products.
3. Return and Refund Policy
Due to the custom, on-demand nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for sizing issues or buyer's remorse.
However, if you receive a product that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us at info@cosmicthreadsandsips.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and photos of the issue, and we will work with our print provider to arrange for a replacement or refund.

The application of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is hereby expressly excluded.
Note on Arbitration: The template you provided included a mandatory arbitration clause. This is a significant legal decision that waives the right to a jury trial.
